The problem
Collecting feedback from visitors to Ajman was nearly impossible, with Whatsapp, email and website data collections not working
What we built
A simple whatsapp agent that collects feedback of visitors and notes it in database, providing insights in database
Outcome
Executives receive providing high level summaries and trend insights into what real visitors are looking for in the city.
